iskoniq Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses iskoniq.
1. Recordings
You must not record or upload a session without the consent the law requires from every person in it, record anyone secretly, upload a session with anyone under 18 without written consent from a parent or guardian, or upload recordings you obtained unlawfully or are not allowed to share. This is the most serious breach of this policy, and we act on it immediately.
2. Use of reports
You must not:
- use reports or measurements to make or support decisions about hiring, performance ratings, promotion, pay, grades or dismissal, or to monitor employees or students;
- present a report as a medical, psychological, speech therapy or diagnostic assessment;
- use iskoniq to identify a person by their voice or to infer anyone's emotions;
- edit a report to misrepresent what the analysis showed.
3. Content
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, harasses or discriminates against anyone, or contains malware.
4. The service
You must not access other accounts without permission, share your login, reverse engineer or scrape the service, test or bypass our security without written permission, overload the service, or resell it.
If you find a security problem, tell us at support@iskoniq.com and do not exploit it.
5. What happens if this policy is breached
We may remove content, limit features, suspend an account or end the contract. We tell you what we did and why, unless the law prevents it. If you think we got it wrong, reply and a person will review it.
